摘要: 隨著台灣的經濟成長,政治、經濟中心都市的台北,與南部中心都市的高雄,在兩地間的交通量激增的背景下,訂定了連結這兩大都市的高速鐵路建設計畫。有關高速鐵路車站週邊的整合與思考方向,以及交通連接點與其週邊地區之土地利用,或是連接地區間的將來性,對於國家以及地區性將來性都有決定性的重要影響力。因此,本研究的主要目的為高速鐵路車站週邊之區域條件、功能性進行慎密考量的研討。本研究研討的進行當中,在了解計畫中的各個車站週邊地區特性的同時,亦與台灣的將來型態做一對照比較。根據其地區能提供之功能性做一整體性的考量,並將高速鐵路設定為一個區域,分別就其產業、觀光、文化等區域條件做逐步整理。另外,在做這項整理時,也將日本新幹線及新建設鐵路路線車站之計畫案例等的相關區域要件內容,做為分析上的參考。
Accompanied with the growth of economics in Taiwan, between Taipei, the political and economical center city, and Kaohsiung, the southern center city, there has been a great amount of increasing traffic volume. Consequently, the High Speed Rail Project is now executing. The integration of traffic connectivity and land use of the areas around HSR stations, etc., these aspects have enormous effects to the local cities and even to the whole country. The main purpose of this research is to carefully discuss the environment conditions and possible functionalities of the areas around the stations.During the research, we will find out the characteristics among the different station areas and compare to the future patterns of Taiwan, and thoroughly make integration according to the functionalities provided by other districts. HSR will be set to a single district and analyzed by the productivity, tourism, and culture. At the same time, related Japan newly established rail stations experiences would be included as references for the analyzing.
