摘要: 本研究之目的在於探討高中職校學生「青年服勤動員」的支持參與度,以分析其關鍵影響因素,做為推動全民國防教育以及學生動員工作之參考。使用之研究方法為問卷調查統計法,針對新竹高工全校學生實施抽樣問卷調查,調查之問題點包括五大構面(個人意願、服勤內容、家庭背景、教育宣導、愛國精神),共區分為39項子變數。調查結果以敘述性統計、雙變數相關分析、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現「教育宣導」為問題的核心,學生對於參加實彈射擊訓練支持度最高也最感興趣,並認為可以增強服勤技能。學生在觀念上普遍認為全民應參與國防事務,但在行動上卻缺乏主動積極之態度。學生同時也認為按興趣、專長及性別分派服勤工作有其必要性、高中學生應接受國防通識教育、認同及支持教官教授國防通識課程。
Goal of this research is to investigate the students’ inclination of supporting and participating “Youth National Defense Service Mobilization” in senior high and vocational school. Analyzing the crucial factors will be for reference of implement of All-out National Defense Education and Student Service Mobilization. The approach was questionnaire survey procedure implementing the sampling questionnaire survey in view of the National Hsin-Chu Senior Industrial Vocational School students. The issues including Great Five Aspects (Personal Intention, Contents of Service, Background of Family, Education Guidance, Patriotism) were divided into 39 sub-variances. Results of survey were analyzed by methods “Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Bivariate Correlations Analysis, One Way Analysis of Variance”. We discovered that “Education Guidance” was the hinge of problems. The students were interested in the Practical Shooting Training, and consider it could promote the service ability. In their view, students thought all the people should participate national defense affairs. But in practical, they lacked aggressive attitude. Meanwhile, they also considered it’s necessary for assigning the service jobs according to interest, specialty, sex, and students should accept national defense education. Finally, students approved and supported military education officers teaching National Defense Course.
