dc.description.abstract平面電子發射光源(Flat Electron Emission Lamp , FEEL)為一種新的發光機制,未來將期望可應用在平面光源的領域上。本論文為研究FEEL中的發光的效率,因此必須先固定出製作FEEL螢光層的過程,經由一連串實驗跟嘗試定義出FEEL上螢光層的製作流程;製程確定之後,以陰極光偵測系統(Cathodoluminescence System , CL)分析不同電性條件下發光強度的分佈,之後針對烘烤螢光層中環境氣體與溫度,在輝度計的量測下,測量實際元件操作條件下的發光輝度與效率估算,嘗試了解其中的主要物理機制並藉以提升螢光層發光效率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFlat electron emission lamp is a new kind of luminescence mechanism. We expect it to be applied in the region of flat light source. In order to study the efficiency of luminescence for flat electron emission lamp, we first focus on the phosphor layer by designing a series of experiments to optimize the process conditions. Then, we use cathode-luminescence system to analyze the distribution of light count in the different voltages and currents. We also change the kind of gases and temperature in the baking process to study their effects on the luminance. we estimate the efficiency of luminescence of flat electron emission lamp at various operation. Conditions to investigate the prominent factors in determining the efficiency of the lamp.en_US
