Under today's competitive global business environment, for young people to become entrepreneurs it has been relatively difficult; No matter large or small enterprises, potential entrepeneurs have to start from selecting the sectors to raise funds potential to find a good team of highly complementary people to the launch the product, and then to be in the process of marketing and sales. During the whole process full of hardship and risk led to fatal failure. According to Ghosh, 75% of new companies eventually failed. Leadray Energy Company is a case study of a successful startup company adopting lean start-up process. The evolving business models of Leadray Energy would provide a reference to potential entrepreneurs of new startup companies. Entrepreneurs could start their business by applying the lean startup process to reduce the risk of business failure and become more confident to take the first step; simultaneously through analysis of the lean startup process the company would be better equipped to find a repeatable and scalable business model, in order to meet future global market expansions.
