摘要: 當車禍發生時,駕駛糾紛往往是個重要的問題。駕駛人通常會在汽車中安裝行車紀錄器,當車禍發生時,駕駛人如果能夠提供行車影像作為證據,就可避免許多行車糾紛的問題。然而,在某些情況下,駕駛人或許並不在車禍事故中,有時仍需要當時行車影片,去釐清車禍逃逸的事故。由於社群網路的發展,有些人會發佈尋找特定時間、地點的行車影像訊息在社群網站上,這類訊息事實上幫助了許多人,透過社群網路和行車影像,解決車禍逃逸事故的問題。 近幾年來,整合GPS軌跡和影片的搜尋平台被發展出來,這些平台提供使用者上傳和分享自己的GPS軌跡和影像,並提供空間範圍搜尋、關鍵字搜尋、於電子地圖顯示軌跡及行車影片於瀏覽器播放等服務。但是這些平台仍有不足之處,如不支援時間搜尋、無法到搜尋區域和符合時間範圍內自動播放影片、及管理自己的影片和軌跡等功能。 本研究利用Web GIS、HTML5、Map Matching等技術,開發一個行車影片分享與搜尋平台,使用者可以分享行車影像、管理和觀賞行車影像和軌跡,並提供使用者搜尋某地區某時間他人分享的行車影。從實驗結果,大部分的受試者認為自動播放行車影片到搜尋區域的功能是方便的,而且認為系統是實用的。系統可應用在釐清車禍事故、旅遊分享和了解交通狀況。
The driving dispute is a critical problem for the drivers when the car accident is happened. The drivers usually install the car video recorder in their car to recode the driving images. If a car accident is happened, the driver can provide the driving video file as an evidence to claim which can avoid many driving disputes. However, in some situations, the drivers may not in the car accident when driving the car, but they have the same requirement for a video record, because they want to use those video files to find out the crime in a hit-and-run accident. Due to an evolution of social network, many people were post the required messages to find the driving videos recorded in some specific times and locations. In fact, such kind of messages can be beneficial for many people to solve the hit-and-run accident by using the social networks and driving videos. Integration of the video and track based on the GPS data search platform was developed in recent year. Those platforms provide user to upload the GPS track and video, spatial range search, keyword search, display the GPS track on the map, and play the driving video. However, those platform are some insufficiencies such as temporal interval search, automatically play video to searching area and match in the temporal interval range, manage the self-video, and etc. The paper uses Web GIS, HTML5, Map Matching technologies to propose a driving video sharing and search platform for the users to upload the driving videos, manage self-driving videos and tracks, and allow other users searching the video by a given specific time, date, and location from the database. In the experiment, most participants think that the automatically playing video to search the area function is comfortable and think the present system is practical. It can be applied that clarifying driving dispute, understanding traffic condition, sharing traveling experience.
