摘要: 本論文主要探討企業面對存貨管理時所面臨的難題,在這個競爭激烈的年代,為了使企業能夠永續經營,一個科學性及邏輯性的方法可以使管理者明確知道甚麼類型及特性的零件或是原料需要被庫存?每個月需要備多少庫存?這個月需要補貨嗎?如果要補貨的話要補多少?這也就是TOC限制理論Demand-Pull所極力提倡的概念。在傳統的存貨管理概念中,一直都是以最小化成本為績效衡量目標,但也應該考量因缺貨而帶來之損失。本文以某堆高機工廠為案例,比較以實務經驗為基礎之存貨管理方法與TOC限制理論Demand-Pull拉式補貨法之平均庫存量、缺貨次數與庫存周轉率,嘗試證明TOC的Demand-Pull拉式補貨策略在各項績效表現是優於以實務經驗為基礎之存貨管理方法。
This thesis is focused on the difficulty that enterprizes face the inventory management.In order to make enterprizes be ever-flowering in this highly competitive market,a logical method can assist managers to clearly know what kind of materials or spare parts need to stock,what time you should place an order and how many of them need to stock?These concepts are emphasized by TOC Demand-Pull.In the traditional inventory management,cost-down is the major target,but the lost of out stock should be considered as well.This thesis applies a lift-truck factory as a real example to compare the difference of the average rate of inventory,the times of out stock and the rate of inventory turnover between TOC Demand-Pull and experience based inventory managment,and intend to prove that TOC Demand-Pull is better than experience based inventory managment.
