摘要: 在接單式生產模式下,顧客必須等候產品的前置時間要比庫存式生產模式長,不過顧客至少希望可以獲得可靠的達交時間與數量,因此訂單允諾機制的可靠性就顯得非常重要。應用限制理論思維邏輯,在公司資源有限的條件下,來滿足客戶的需求,開發出兩階段可承諾能力的訂單允諾模式。第一階段:基於服務水準協議規則,對訂單預測進行回覆交期管理,適合較規律與穩定的訂單需求。第二階段:面對緊急訂單的處理,找出瓶頸材料,依歷史實際進料交貨的平均時間,加上所需的生產時間,給予適切的交期回覆,並確認是否可以滿足顧客需求,若不能則成立專案會議,進行追蹤與管理,以協商顧客的需求與製造商的供給能力。 本研究透過限制理論應用在網通產業A公司為例,探討在接單式生產模式下運用可承諾能力機制之訂單允諾,考量接單時之物料與產能等製造資源之特性與客製化時間,利用線性規劃模式構建完成,提供客戶快速與準確的訂單允諾模式。
Under the make-to-order mode, customer has to stand longer lead time than under the make-to-stock mode. Therefore the reliable order fulfillment process becomes very important. In order to fulfill customer’s demand with limited resources, a two-phase capable-to-promise (CTP) methodology is proposed, according to theory of constraints. At phase 1 stage, it is recommended to based on service-level-agreement rules to manage the delivery reply of forecast demand so as to get more regular and stable orders. At phase 2 stage, where there are urgent orders, it is required to identify bottlenecks materials and evaluate the required time first before replying to customers the appropriate shipping schedule. Based on incoming material record and products producing lead time, we can calculate out the suitable ready day. If the schedule cannot meet customer's needs, a project meeting should be held to discuss the need of customers and the supply ability of the manufacturers. The research focuses on the networking Industry, through TOC application. We study how to provide the customer faster and more reliable order fulfillment model under MTO mode. In this research, CTP mechanism is adopted and Linear Programming method is used. Taking materials, capacity, manufacturing resources characteristics and customization time into consideration, a reliable shipping schedule can hence be provided in a faster and more accurate manner.
