摘要: 從1980年代以來,隨著資訊產業之蓬勃發展,加上國人靈活的經營策略以及驚人之速度,總能迅速滿足客戶之需求,因此在CRT監視器時代,不論產值或產量皆執世界之牛耳,也贏得「監視器王國」之美譽。隨著LCD時代之來臨,產品推陳出新的腳步更加快速,競爭也更為激烈,如何因應環境之變遷,提昇核心競爭優勢,以繼續保持領先,是值得深入研究之課題。本研究即針對監視器產業應如何結合供應商及客戶,以提高整個供應鏈之價值,做一探討及建議。
From 1980, the information technology field grew rapidly when PC application was becoming more and more popular. With fast development of product that customers need and flexible business model, Taiwan was the biggest supplier of CRT monitor in the world. As the progress of technology and cost reduction of flat panel display become competitive in the last 3 years, LCD monitor became popular and will replace CRT monitor quickly. This thesis tried to analyze the business environment of LCD monitor and the strength/weakness of Taiwanese monitor manufacturers, then suggest ways to integrate the suppliers of key components with LCD monitor manufactures in order to strengthen the core competence of this supply chain.
