|摘要:||在全球經濟的壓力下, 有效管理企業知識資產--包括其創造與分享,已成為企業創造及保有核心競爭力的重要策略。資訊科技的運用與知識企業(knowledge enterprises)的關係密不可分。資訊科技跨越地域及時間的限制, 連結人與資訊, 加速知識的分享。本研究的目的在於探討如何策略性地的架構資訊科技以加速企業內知識資產的創造與分享。本研究亦強調由策略及人的構面探討資訊科技在知識管理的運用。
本研究是以個案研究方式, 由技術及管理的構面探討一高科技公司實際執行知識管理的過程。本研究的結論為: 一) 有效創造與分享企業內的知識資產需要人與技術的配合。人、分享的組織文化及獎勵措施是運用資訊科技達到知識管理目的的要項, 二) 管理企業內已知的知識是極為重要的。它包括認知及著手將企業現有的資料及資訊轉化為可採取行動的知識, 三) B2B的合作模式正將資訊分享的概念由企業本身延伸至其客戶、伙伴及廠商端。|
Managing effective creation and sharing of knowledge is becoming vital to many companies for creating and sustaining their core competences in the global economy. The use of information technology is integral to the successful functioning of knowledge enterprises. It propagates the sharing of knowledge by connecting people and information across the time and geographic boundaries. The main objective of this research is to study how information technology can be strategically implemented to contribute to effective creation and sharing of knowledge assets in an enterprise. The study is also focused on the strategies and people evolved in using the technology to bring knowledge management to practice. A case study approach was taken to study the KM practice of a high-tech company from technological and managerial perspectives. There are several conclusions that resulted from this research: 1) Effective creation and sharing of knowledge requires technology as well as people. People, the organization culture of sharing and the incentives are keys to bring knowledge management to practice using technology, 2) Managing ”what a company already knew” is critical. It includes the awareness and action to transform existing data and information into knowledge that is actionable, 3) B2B collaboration is extending the concept of information sharing to external business entities- customers, partners and suppliers.
