Abstract: 自然河川與人工渠道最大的不同,乃在於自然河川中的流量是變動不定的。水利工程師們希望能應用穩定河槽的理論來治理規劃河川,然而首先必須決定的,就是如何在變動的天然河川流量中,找出一個既不會影響妨礙河川自然形成且又能使渠道河槽達到穩定平衡的流量,而此特徵流量即所謂之建槽流量(Dominant Discharge)。 本研究將針對台灣地區主要河川,根據建槽流量之計算理論,推求出各主要河川之代表建槽流量,同時利用再取樣方法合成衍生各河川之流量資料,藉以對建槽流量相關特性進行不確定性之分析探討,以期提供台灣地區主要河川在治理規劃時之參考。
The most important difference between river and canal work is that river discharge is much variable. The engineer hoping to apply stable-channel theories to river control work must first decide, therefore, what constant discharge is the equivalent, for channel-forming purposes, of the variable river flow. To this figure, whatever it may be, the name dominant discharge is given. Aiming at major rivers in Taiwan, this study will estimate the classic dominant discharge of each river based on the concept of dominant discharges and generate synthetic discharge data using the bootstrap resampling method to perform uncertainty analysis. Then, the results provide reference for the regulation planning of major rivers in Taiwan.
