摘要: A novel 3.5-GHz microwave counter using an opto-electronic harmonic heterodyne technique has been demonstrated, The system's performance has been discussed and evaluated, and is viewed as good, in comparison with today's microwave-counting systems, It is believed that this novel device has potential for measuring signals above 100 GHz.
