摘要: 學習曲線現象普遍存在於各種不同行業領域中,且其代表著生產效率的提升及產能品質的增加,本身所服務的組織從事多項生產工作,本研究即針對相關生產作業,藉由文獻蒐集及專家訪談等方式,初步歸納出5個主要影響生產學習曲線的關鍵構面,概分為原料、流程、機具設備、人員及政策等,並再據以發展出16個第二層的各項關鍵因素;接著運用德菲法問卷確立各項關鍵因素,並建立相關的層級結構;後續再區分三類模組,利用層級分析法問卷訪查相關從業人員,並經蒐整後加以分析。 透過此研究,將可瞭解某生產作業過程中,在各種不同的模組狀況下,影響學習曲線之關鍵因素的權重值及優先順序,並將作為後續類似生產時之參考依據,有助於日後各項產品生產的規劃與執行。
Leaning curve phenomenon is normally existed in every different field, and it represents a promotion of product effect and the increase in the quality of the product. The institution which I served is involved in a lot of production tasks, and this study focuses on the task of a certain type. Using strategies such as collections of references and appointed discussion with the specialists, I initially identified 5 major key factors that affect the learning curve of the production. These 5 key factors are: material, processing, equipment, personnel, and the policies. These 5 key factors can further be extended to 16 secondary key factors, and Delphi method was used to validate these factors. Then, the hierarchical structure was established among these factors. Next, AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) was used to survey related working personnel who belong to three different groups. And collected data was analyzed. In this study, factors of learning curve and their priorities were analyzed in different modules of a certain type. These results will be referred in the future. Furthermore, discoveries in this article contribute to the design and execution of various productions.
