The Analysis of Leasing Models for Machine Tool

本研究旨在探討應用Pay Per Click概念於工具機租賃模式之可性行。首先透過設計問卷瞭解工具機消費市場對此構想的接受度及意見看法，接著訪談工具機業者並深入探討及分析相關議題，以評估Pay Per Click租賃模式的實務可行性，並針對窒礙難行之部分提出具體改善建議。研究顯示Pay Per Click租賃模式確能解決目前租賃工具機所面臨的主要問題，且有將近56%的消費者認為較現今的租賃模式更具吸引力，唯此模式將提高工具機業者在營運上的風險，訪談的業者則針對此提出改善建議來調整方案內容以增加其實務運作的可行性。|
Most of manufacturing in Taiwan are small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Because these manufactouring companies companies do not dare to invest machine equipment in the fierce competition and the unpredictable business environment, therefore, machine tools made in Taiwan are mainly for export. On the other hand, SMEs in Taiwan still have the need of expanding their capacity, to avoid the risk causing by purchasing machines, they rather lease the machine tools. However, although financial leases or refurbished/used machine equipment by lease resolve financial difficulties, there still is a fixed monthly rental expense, and for SMEs, whose orders are susceptible to the economic situation, it is extremely high risky. This study was designed to evaluate the concept of Pay Per Click for the leasing models of machine tools. First, we investigate current machine tool users’ opinions and acceptance levels of this idea via a designed questionnaire. Next, we interviewed the machine tool industries about the practical feasibility of Pay Per Click leasing model, and tried to find out improvements of the model. This study showed that Pay Per Click leasing model can really solve the major problems of leasing machine tools, and nearly 56% of the participants considered that it is more attractive than other alternatives, but this model also increases business risk of machine tool industries. Therefore, some suggections were discussed in order to increase the practical feasibility of Pay Per Click leasing model.
