摘要: 現代科技的進步與半導體產業發展息息相關,台灣半導體產業在政府長期的規劃與培植下已具有世界級之競爭力,造就台灣成為半導體晶圓廠密度最高的地區,在全球科技產業的競爭激烈狀況下,台灣藉由半導體晶圓製造能力,讓全球科技產業的產品得以大量生產;然而由於半導體製造業在資本投資與技術整合方面需要高度投入的產業,是一般傳統產業的規模與製造技術無法比擬,在2010年後半導體晶圓廠的資本支出平均每年在600億美金左右,這使得全球半導體設備供應商趨之若鶩。 本研究針對前段半導體設備供應商評選因素,透過相關文獻探討與半導體廠專家之訪談,所建立之半導體設備供應商評選因素模型。再利用層級分析法 ( AHP ) ,以問卷調查之方式,得出半導體設備供應商評選因素之權重。最後研究之成果,除了讓半導體設備供應商了解半導體廠之需求,亦可提供半導體設備供應商未來策略擬定之方向。
The development of modern science and technology is closely related to the development of the semiconductor industry。The Taiwan semiconductor industry has been world-class competitiveness under the long-term planning and cultivation of the government,making Taiwan the highest density of semiconductor fabs。In the competitive situation of the global science and technology industry,The semiconductor industry itself is a high degree of capital investment and technology integration industry,is different from the traditional industry scale and manufacturing technology,after 2010,the global semiconductor industry,Semiconductor fab capital expenditure on average about 60 billion dollars a year,which is the world's semiconductor equipment suppliers coveted the battleground。 In this paper,we discuss the selection factors of semiconductor equipment suppliers based on the selection factors of semiconductor equipment manufacturers and the interviews with semiconductor experts。And then use the hierarchical analysis method (AHP),the way of questionnaire survey,the weight of the selection of semiconductor equipment suppliers. Finally,the results of the study, in addition to semiconductor equipment suppliers to understand the needs of semiconductor plants,semiconductor equipment suppliers can also provide the direction of future strategy development。
