摘要: 近年來,隨著傳統能源的日趨緊張即將枯竭,新能源的革命變得刻不容緩,新能源逐漸成為能源行業發展的必然趨勢。對於汽車產業來說,新能源的改革意味著電動汽車將逐步替代傳統汽車。現在,電動汽車產業發展面臨的主要困難便是車載的動力電池。所以,提高電池的性能,是電動汽車產業進步發展的基本要素。 本研究為使用商用軟體ANSYS-Fluent模擬立凱電動車公司提供的純電動公車用之鋰電池組在不同流率、不同電池排布間距(3.5mm和7.5mm)、不同流道設計等條件下的溫度場、速度場與壓力場,藉以分析各種散熱模組的效果,以求得最佳化的鋰電池組散熱模組設計。模擬結果可知,電池單元溫度自底部向上逐漸升高。改良后的前窄后寬式的流道設計在散熱與流場平均化上有較佳的表現,而透過調整電池組排布改變電池間距,亦可達到更好的散熱效能。
In recent years, as traditional energy sources become increasingly tense, new energy is becoming an inevitable trend of the development of the energy industry. For the automotive industry, this trend means for electric cars gradually replace traditional power cars. The main factors restricting the development of electric vehicle industry is the car’s battery. Improving the battery performance, is the fundamentals for progress and development of electric car industry. This study utilizes ANSYS (Fluent) to simulate the heat dissipation, flow velocity field and pressure loss of battery packs module in battery electric bus systems. And according to the simulation results, the optimization of battery interval (3.5mm and 7.5mm), flow channels. The following results are obtained: (1) The highest temperature is observed near the upper of the battery cell and decreases smoothly to the lower. (2) Heat transfer performance will be significantly improved as the channel changing from parallel to diverging. (3) In the case of battery interval, the heat transfer performance improves as the battery interval is increased.
