Research on The Application of BIM Technology in Spatial Coordination of Dynamic Trajectory --A Case Study of A Theater Stage Machinery Project

大型演藝廳院在國內偏屬於少數工程類型，其造型通常極具特色、複雜且體量龐大，啟用後多為國際性或所在城市的新地標。但演藝廳院涉及之設備系統繁多，故其建造技術高於一般營建工程，目前其規劃、設計等技術尚賴於國外技術之引進，伴隨著國外技術團隊之要求，建築資訊建模(Building Information Modeling, BIM)的技術與方法，成為演藝廳院施工的必要工具。國內BIM之使用正值起步，規劃及應用多未成熟；而演藝廳院這類型建設，因建造時程較為冗長，一般業主均採取階段性分標方式辦理，往往造成各標別間之發包時程相距太長，衍生各標資訊傳遞及進度接續的問題，進而導致BIM在細部設計階段之空間界面套圖作業難以執行。為此，本研究提出一套以BIM為基礎並結合網路協作平臺之應用的套圖方式，建立「設計即套圖」的空間套圖理念及作業程序，期能藉由本研究方法之建構及規劃分析，作為日後BIM應用於類似專案工程時，在規劃、設計等方面之評估及決策之參考。|
ABSTRACT The construction engineering of large-scale theatres, which are often extremely special and complicated on their outward appearance and are of enormous size, is not the type of majority of the related constructions in Taiwan, and would usually become noted worldwide or new landmark of the city it’s located. However, the required methods of theatre construction are more demanding than general construction engineering due to the complexity of facility systems involved in theatre building. At present, the techniques of large-scale theatre plan and design are relying on the introduction by the technical team abroad. With the demand for BIM (Building Information Modeling) from the technical team abroad, the techniques and methods of BIM have become essential in theatre construction. However, the planning and application of BIM are not yet well-developed in Taiwan because it’s still at the beginning stage. Constructions of theatres require longer time of completion, general clients would carry it out by placing orders through phases which would cause considerable waste of time when placing orders between bids, creating problems derived from the transmission of information and progress of continuation from bid to bid, leading to difficulty in implementation of spatial modeling in detailed design phase. Therefore, this study provides a modeling system based on BIM with the application of web-based collaborative platform, establishing concept of spatial modeling as well as operating procedure for the idea “designing is modeling.” Hopefully, through the establishment of this study method and plan analysis, this could be the reference for decisions and evaluation for the design and planning of BIM project.
