dc.description.abstract一種壓力感測元件,包括:有機電晶體、壓力感測層以及第一電極,該有機電晶體具備:射極;有機層;具有孔洞的柵極;以及集極,並使該有機層夾置於該射極和該集極之間;該壓力感測層係形成於該有機電晶體上,使該集極夾置於該有機層和該壓力感測層之間;而該第一電極係形成於該壓力感測層上,使該壓力感測層夾置於該集極和該第一電極之間。由於壓力感測元件之主動區面積係由各電極所互相重疊的面積決定,因此,可藉由縮小電極之線寬,而將壓力感測元件之面積予以縮小。zh_TW
